Sean: there are those influencers we want to engage in formal, managed relationships (like in the MS MVP program). There are also those that operate in the penumbra of those programs whom we want to reach and engage, less formally, in a less managed fashion. Do you have recommendations on how to balance out approaches to these two different influencer constituencies?
