[Webcast Q&A] How do you overcome resistance internally to engaging social contributors?

During the webcast, we conducted a poll question, asking audience members to name the top issue their team faced when engaging in social media for customer service. A healthy number of respondents answered that their top challenge was "organizational" (i.e., management doesn't buy the need or they are concerned with risk and negativity).

 

Specifically, one viewer wanted to find out more about overcoming resistance from within the organization.
