Only show comment box on Idea Exchange on the last page

Having the comment box on all pages of an Idea is causing problems because people do not necessarily read the rest of the comments before posting.  It's resulting in a lot of unnecessary repetition (especially since they also are having trouble finding the next page of comments).

Thanks for the idea Laura. While I see the problem you are having, not having a comment box on the first page would make it really hard to find the post a comment form which is also a major problem since it might be frustrating for an end user who really wants to post a comment.

I had a user post 8 times yesterday because they thought their comment wasn't posted!  This was probably at least the 5th time it happened.  While maybe my suggestion is not the solution, there is an obvious usability problem with the way comments are posted.  When there are multiple pages and the comment is posted to a page that is not the last, there should be some sort of confirmation that your comment was posted.
