Keyword Filter email/PM Builder

I know, I'm full of ideas, right? I don't know if any are good, but you can judge...

If you receive the Keyword Notification Emails, then you probably know what a pain it is to determine what is being flagged. You have to open the email and scroll to the bottom, and sometimes it isn't anything of concern.

It would be GREAT if there was an admin tool to "build" the email with the critical info. Maybe you don't want the whole body fo the post, maybe you only want the keyword, or the username. Maybe you want the user's email address and IP too. With the build, it's up to you! You could even add your own text that gets added to every email.

Do you have a lot of keywords set up for notification in your community?

Your idea seems an interesting capabilty to have.  I have a very low number of keywords and rarely get one of these a week, so I don't have the same challenge you probably do, which is why I was curious about volume.

We have a high number of keywords, since computer security is a big concern for us. There are many sensitive topics that our PR team wants to be alerted about, and we want to react quickly for. So being able to tailor our Filter Email to give us as much information as possible at a glance is a welcome new feature.

Why do you have so few keywords?

That's certainly a way, though I think it would be nice to tailor the PM or Email to which information you wish to see.

Sorry I wasn't clear before. I mean have some dynamic tags that can be added to the email, and have the order configurable.

[TYPE OF FILTER] [ITEM TRIGGERING FILTER]

[USERNAME]

[SUBJECT]

[POST CONTENT]

Would look like this:

Keyword Filter Alert: "Jerkface"

LiquidSasquatch

Tony is a Jerkface

Tony is a big Jerkface. Spare no expense to stop his jerky attitude.
