Improvements for PMs

Here are a few suggestions with Private Messaging that I'm sure many would benefit from:-

1.  Currently there is no way to see if you have replied to a message or not. A little icon beside the message would be helpful to show that you have answered, otherwise you always a to check the outbox.

2. The ability to forward messages or carbon copy indivduals would be a nice addition. 

3.  WYSIWYG formatting editor to apply to PMs too (not just posts).

I particularly like the second one of these.  Being able to cc at least one other forum member (usually would be another mod or an admin) would help us be more efficient and organized.

Agreed! 1 and 2 particularly can be useful. We'll look into this although at this point looking at our roadmap for the year I am not sure when we will get to this. We will certainly keep this in mind when we get to improving our private messaging functionality. Thanks for the idea!

+1 on cc or bcc

+1 on identifying replied to messages - OR how about a threadding option (like gmail)?

Being able to forward and cc seems an essential part of fostering communication between members of the community.
