Ability to see total Kudos for entire thread

Often kudos is given to the person who replies to a post and not the one who creates it. When looking at the kudos for the thread I would like to know how many kudos the entire thread has received not just with the original post, but also include all replies.

This is actually available already.  I wanted the same thing in my community so I have enabled it.   It is available under Community Admin > Layout Settings > Board View Settings.  You need to check "Summarize Kudos for all topics."
