It's that time again - another great webcast and some follow-up Q&A on the Lithosphere! This time it was Kevin Ryan of Barnes & Noble and Jeff Zabin of the Aberdeen Group headlining on how to leverage the power of social customer networks to build stronger relationships, amplify word-of-mouth marketing, improve customer service, and accelerate innovation. We've just completed our most recent webinar featuring Sean O'Driscoll on Jet Fuel for Your Community: Finding, Thanking, and Engaging Influencers! And again we are fortunate to have both Sean and Joe available afterwards to continue the Q&A session here in the community for everyone to join in.

 

So if you'd like to ask a question you had after viewing the webinar, or you just want to ask the experts about engaging your influencers and super users, this is your opportunity!

Today we launched a new board for a recent webinar we held with social media strategist and author, Dave Evans, along our own Joe Cothrel. It was a great event, and Dave Evans has graciously volunteered to continue the Q&A session here in the community for everyone to join in!

 

So if you'd like to ask a question you had after viewing the webinar, or you just want to ask a question about community engagement and measurement, this board is for you!
