Documentation coming to the Lithosphere

by Community Manager Community Manager on 06-23-2009 10:50 AM

Uris Library Stacks by eflonWe've been looking for ways to make our documentation more available to the community here for a while now, but we wanted to do it in social way so that we can not just publish the content, but have a conversation about it as well. Then someone said "Why not use one of the blogs?" and there was much slapping of foreheads to be heard. :smileywink:

So I'd like to announce that later this week we will begin posting product documents in the Coming Attractions blog for you to review, comment on and discuss. Susan, the author of Coming Attractions, just happens to be our resident wordsmith and expert in putting thoughts onto the page, so there's no one better to talk about our documentation than her! Let us know what you like a lot, what you like less, and what you'd like to see more of!

Stay tuned!

Good idea, it will certainly keep us going... although what you really need would be some kind of document store, or wiki type application.... that would be good....

Ah, you mind reader. This is only the first step to get the content out there as quickly and easily as possible. We're already rubbing our hands together and making plans for the next phase!
