If I have a tag name and wish to find all messages(across all threads) that have been tagged with this tag, which API can I use?

I searched for documentation and got the answer. If you are searching for all messages with tag "xyz", you could use the following:

http://lithosphere.lithium.com/restapi/vc/tagging/for/tags/text/xyz/messages/top
