You mentioned your well thought out rank progression and then adding admin / mod / employee ranks on top of that.

 

One thing that I'm learning here by participating in the Lithosphere is that just about everyone in the forum benefits from having some kind of progression.   I initially set up employee ranks based on their role in the community and gave no thought to any progression.

 

Would your employees benefit from a parallel progression in the employee ranks?    I'm experimenting a bit in our community and have added some progression to see what effect it has on contributions for employees.

Scott,

 

I'm not having any luck with your method. :smileysad: The only way I can get a link to work is if the image (.gif) is attached via post. Is there another step to your way?  I'd much rather not have to post them in a hidden board. Having a image dump is preferable.

Hmm, I use that here in a couple of places. But it's possible I'm doing something that I don't know about to make it work. :smileytongue:

 

What happens when you try - do you get a broken link image or something? Can you PM me the URL of the image?
