How many full time moderators do you have?

There are essentially two people who function as full-time administrators in the community, which includes oversight of the part-time moderators who run individiual boards

How many part time moderators do you have?

13, some of whom also work as bloggers.

Do you promote external superusers to be moderators?

Rarely, but yes.  Most of our moderators are hired specifically for their expertise in a given area of literature and serve more of a discussion-leading role than a policing role.

How big is your community (roughly)?

About 19,000 active accounts
